Jai Club Delhi takes your privacy seriously. We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide during booking, check-in, membership registration, event enquiries, or while using our website. This includes: full name, contact details (email and phone), postal address, date of birth (for membership), government-issued ID details, payment information, and dietary/accessibility preferences.

We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal data is used exclusively for: processing and managing reservations; fulfilling membership benefits; communicating with you about your stay, events, or enquiries; sending promotional offers and newsletters (with your consent); improving our services through anonymised analytics; complying with legal obligations; and preventing fraud.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your data with: our sister property Jai Club Jaipur (for dual-city memberships, with your consent); payment processing partners (PCI DSS compliant); technology service providers who assist in our operations under strict confidentiality agreements; and regulatory authorities when legally required.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal data. All payment transactions are processed through certified payment gateways. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and not share your booking credentials.

Your data is retained for as long as your account or membership is active, and for up to 7 years thereafter as required by Indian financial and tax regulations.

Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. We use: essential cookies (required for the website to function); analytical cookies (to understand how visitors use our site); and preference cookies (to remember your settings). You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain website functionality.

Under applicable Indian data protection law and our policy, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations); withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time; and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel or modify reservations (standard flexible rates) without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date (by 2:00 PM, 2 days before arrival). Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one full night's room rate including applicable taxes.

For stays of 5 or more nights, the cancellation window extends to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within this window will be charged 2 nights' room rate.

2. Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under promotional, advance-purchase, or non-refundable rate plans are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund under any circumstances. The full stay amount is charged at the time of booking. Please review the rate type carefully before confirming your reservation.

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation notification, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full value of the reserved stay. The reservation will be cancelled after midnight on the check-in date, and the room may be released for sale.

4. Event & Banquet Bookings

Event and banquet booking cancellation policies are governed by the specific event contract. Generally: cancellations more than 60 days before the event — 25% of the agreed package retained as a holding deposit; 30 to 60 days — 50% retained; within 30 days — 100% of the agreed package value is non-refundable. Event deposits are strictly non-transferable.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, national emergencies, or pandemics — Jai Club Delhi will work with guests to offer date changes, credit notes valid for 12 months, or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. No penalties will be applied for government-imposed travel restrictions.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Bank processing times may vary. UPI and wallet refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days. For queries regarding refunds, contact reservations@jaiclubdelhi.in with your booking reference number.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership at Jai Club Delhi is open to individuals aged 21 years and above who are proposed by an existing member or approved by the Membership Committee. Corporate memberships may be held by registered companies. The club reserves the right to approve or decline membership applications without providing a reason.

2. Fees & Annual Renewal

Membership fees are published on the website and are subject to annual revision. Fees are payable in advance for the full membership year. Renewal invoices are issued 30 days before the expiry date. Non-renewal by the expiry date will result in automatic suspension of membership privileges. A 15-day grace period is offered thereafter; memberships not renewed within this period will be lapsed. Re-joining after a lapsed membership requires payment of the initiation fee afresh.

All membership fees are exclusive of GST, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.

3. Member Benefits

Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated as a family or corporate plan. Guest passes are issued in accordance with the member's plan tier. Discounts applicable to rooms, dining, and spa are available on standard-priced services only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified. Benefits at Jai Club Jaipur (for dual-access plans) are subject to availability and the policies of the Jaipur property.

4. Member Conduct

Members are expected to uphold the standards and reputation of Jai Club Delhi. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Abusive, disruptive, or dishonest behaviour — including misrepresentation of membership status or fraudulent use of member discounts — may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

5. Suspension of Membership

The Membership Committee may suspend a membership for a defined period in cases of: conduct unbecoming of a member; outstanding dues; abuse of club facilities or staff; or breach of these terms. During suspension, all membership privileges are frozen, and no refund of fees is applicable for the suspended period.

6. Termination & Resignation

Members may resign by providing 30 days' written notice to the Membership Office. Resignation does not entitle the member to a refund of any portion of the annual membership fee. Jai Club Delhi reserves the right to terminate a membership with immediate effect in cases of gross misconduct, criminal activity on the premises, or actions that bring the Club into disrepute. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
